Originally from the U.S., Art DD now calls Bangkok home. While teaching is his day job, his true passion lies in self development and sharing his learnings. He uses sketching as a creative outlet to develop his story telling skills. An enthusiast of ice baths, he is also continuously exploring ways to improve his health through breathing techniques, nutrition, and exercise.

Art DD used to do things for fun and then somewhere it switched to recognition. This affects his ability to enjoy and proceed doing what used to be fun things as he has become outcome focused. Art DD realizes it is time to become the kid he once was. Enjoying the activity and letting go of the outcome. Ironically this will probably lead to more recognition, as Art DD will produce tons more as opposed to being stuck with fear and doubt.
