FOR EXHIBITORS

  • Installation for the exhibit is on Monday, 05 October 2026.

  • Artwork must be ready to be mounted. Your pieces will be on display for two weeks and should be sturdy enough to maintain presentable quality for that amount of time. Please keep in mind that environmental and temperature controls are regulated during opening hours but overnight heat and humidity may affect some pieces, especially those on thin paper or relying on adhesives, such as tape or glue. Please plan accordingly.

  • All pieces to be exhibited are to be brought to the 5th floor hall of the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre no later than 11:00 AM Monday, 05 October 2026. The venue is closed to the public on Mondays but will be open for installation from 8:30 AM.

  • Dismantling of the exhibit will commence after closing ceremonies on Sunday, 18 October 2026 (approximately 8:00 PM). Artists must remove all exhibited work from the premises to clear way for the next exhibit’s installation the following day. Please bring adequate packing materials for your pieces. BACC will not store artwork overnight and bkk UNZINE will not assume any responsibility for unclaimed artwork.

  • Artwork may not be removed prior to the above dismantling timeframe.

  • In the event that the artist or their agent or associate(s) is unable to bring the artwork for installation or remove the artwork during dismantling during the specified times above, please contact us at prime@chamsuwan.com or 081-440-4517 to make alternate arrangements. Please note that specialized arrangements are subject to transport and handling fees.

FOR VENDORS

  • One table and two chairs will be provided.

  • As the venue has a limited number of tablecloths available, we would appreciate it if you let us know if your party already has a tablecloth so that we can allocate the available tablecloths to artists who need them.

  • The overall floor space occupied by each booth (there are no partitions) is roughly 1.8m wide and 1.5m deep. We ask that space between booths be maintained for accessibility in and out of your booth space, but you can make arrangements with your neighboring booth should you have items or displays occupying floor space.

  • Backdrops and displays are at your discretion as long as they do not obstruct foot traffic in the convention hall. We advise that backdrops and displays not be too deep, as the space can be narrow. Also, as light permeates thin materials, keep in mind that the space is lit by large windows so the support structure of your backdrop or display may be visible.

  • While there are power outlets around the convention floor, we recommend bringing a lengthy extension cord should you need one.

  • You (or your associates) must be present for all days your booth is registered for the convention.

  • Booth setup time is 9:00 AM Saturday for your registered weekend. Booths should be ready for the public by 10:00 AM.

  • Booths should be tended to for the duration of each day. We ask that vendors keep their booths open until activities for each day come to a close. Generally the crowd thins out after 7:30 PM on Sunday, at which time you can dismantle your display(s) and pack up your merchandise.

  • Booth setup materials and merchandise can be left under your table overnight until Sunday, but valuables should either be locked away or brought home and back again the next morning).

  • If you have registered for both weekends, your booth must be dismantled at the end of activities the evening of Sunday 11 Oct and set up again at 9:00 AM on Saturday 17 Oct. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the venue does not have storage facilities for the weekdays between convention weekends.

  • We encourage having promotions or merchandise exclusive to the convention in order to generate interest in visiting your booth.

FOR COSPLAYERS

  • The BKK Comics Art Festival is an all-ages event. While we do not wish to limit creativity, please use discretion in costuming and subject matter.

  • We ask for cooperation in not disturbing exhibitions, obstructing walkways and respecting the rights of other visitors.

  • Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed.

  • Photos must not be used for any commercial purposes.
